The divestiture enables IDNA to concentrate its focus on its category-defining precision health platform, DNAimpact, and the broader Precision Health opportunity. DNAimpact offers genomic risk screening, pharmacogenomic testing, and clinical expert guidance to help individuals and their providers make personalized healthcare decisions based on their genetics.
