The combination brings together Rezolve Ai’s conversational and agentic commerce solutions with Crownpeak’s enterprise-grade digital experience platform to create a more intelligent and connected digital experience ecosystem. Crownpeak is a robust and profitable business expected to generate approximately $70 million in revenue for the current year. The acquisition is expected to be immediately EBITDA accretive and strengthens Rezolve AI’s recurring revenue base. This acquisition is a key step in Rezolve’s strategy to roll up traditional search and discovery platforms and enhance them with Brain Commerce, enabling frictionless conversational and agentic transactions across enterprise customers worldwide.
